Q: What are the portion sizes for catering orders?
A: We have three portion sizes orders:
Small tray ： serves around 10-20 adults.
Medium tray： serves around 30-40 adults.
Large tray serves around 50-60 adults.

Q: How can we place a catering order with you?

A:

• Fill out catering enquiry form for your upcoming event.
• If we have availability to cater for your event, then we can schedule a catering consultation.
• We discuss your party theme, make recommendations on items & quantities. Also answer any questions you have.
• Post consultation we provide an estimate or an invoice.
• Once the invoice is paid your order is confirmed.

Note: We operate on first come first serve basis. That means, while you are in process of placing your order and in the meantime someone else confirm their order they will get the first priority.

Q: How much notice do you need for catering orders?
A: Typically, we get bookings 2-6 weeks in advance. But if you are late, feel free to check with us to see if we have enough bandwidth to fit you in.
Being early gives you an advantage to cater menu items of your choice. Closer to your event date you may get less choices because we may have already accepted other bookings. In this case, we can try to accommodate if we can or we request you to choose from what is already being cooked in the kitchen.

Q: How do I confirm my order?
A: Any order is only confirmed once the invoice is paid.

Q: Can we make changes to our catering order?
A: Typically we are happy to accommodate some minor changes to the order placed, depending on the nature of the request & how soon you reach out to us. But in most instances changes are only possible at least 1 weeks prior to the event date

Q: Do you provide delivery?
A: Yes. Delivery for catering orders is available within 10 miles driving distance from our kitchen, starting at $20. The charge depends on your distance from our kitchen.
